Message from the President
Nate Hammond
We are officially in the holiday season!
As we approach the end of 2023 and our 35th year in business, I am grateful for the year that we've had as a company. A 'Client First' mentality is the core of everything we do and remains our number one priority.
We pride ourselves on being easy to do business with and giving our clients a delightful experience when working with us as your MEP engineering consultants. Further, this rounds out my first year as President of Hammond & Associates, and I must say, it has been a learning experience. When my father, Eric Hammond, physically handed me the baton back in February, I did not know what to expect.
When people ask, I say it’s a blessing and I’m humbled to have this opportunity, but realistically, “it is a big plate with a lot of food on it”. But, you know what, I’m enjoying every bit of it because of the great people I get to work with. So I am not “eating” alone. As a company, we are only as good as the people we work with and we have a good bunch. As a result, we continue to grow as a staff and look toward future expansion of the company into new locations and new design services – more to come on that in 2024. For now, enjoy this holiday season with family and friends and take the time to be grateful.
