Greetings from Pam Kramer

Dear Friends,

How about we pause for a brief moment, take a breath, balance and center and check in with our integral selves - body, mind, heart and soul? Notice what you notice. As the days grow shorter here in Northern California, it's an ideal time to turn our attention inward, reflect on our evolutionary growth and plant seeds for transformation in the coming year. It's also a wonderful chance to give thanks for our blessings and to send evolutionary love from our hearts to our global family. Let's do this simple, yet profound practice together. Yes!

In this final issue of our 2022 quarterly newsletter, we share tools and resources for supporting your practice and cultivating your extraordinary nature. We have also included communication guidelines and a meditation on love to help you navigate this holiday season and beyond.

As ITP co-founders George Leonard and Michael Murphy remind us, "Like the human heart, the world points beyond itself to something greater and more beautiful than its present condition." What is the innermost request of your heart for yourself and the world?

Your transformative journey empowers us all as you awaken to and express your divine nature. Thank you for your presence in our ITP community and for the gifts you give to create a more joyful, loving and peaceful world.

Blessings of love and gratitude,

Pam Kramer

ITPI President

PS. Explore the further reaches of your extraordinary capacities at our meditation retreat in December led by Michael Murphy!

Loving Action Toward Global Transformation

There is a reason communities of activists and change makers bring up the topic of love in global transformation. The very nature of the cosmos is driven by the power of evolutionary love, and we are now beginning to understand what that could mean for creating positive and lasting change around the world.

Integration as a Launchpad Toward Our Full Potential

Body, mind, heart and soul integration allows us to bring vitality and awareness to our entire being. In this guided exercise, you will have a chance to notice how we can connect with our different parts and sense into and awaken to the messages that they have for us. Consider which part (body, mind, heart and soul) you want to support into further integration or alignment. By tuning into each dimension of our being, we can shape the direction of our growth and the way we show up in the world.

Stepping On the Path of Integral Leadership

Working in partnership with a cohort of practitioners and coach facilitators, the Integral Leadership Mastery program provided a path of self-discovery, a vision for the future and a close-knit practice community offering wisdom and support. This exploration was aimed at tapping into our extraordinary capacity to produce positive changes in key areas of life that matter most. Integral Leadership participants, Dusty Niles and Lisa Wade, share what Integral Leadership means to them and how it is being expressed and realized in their daily lives.

Powers of the Heart; A Guided Meditation for Practicing Love

In this guided meditation, led by ITPI board chair and longtime practitioner Christina Grote, you will enjoy a practice in sending a blessing to yourself or others. In this exercise that was featured at our September GLEE sessions, consider sending this blessing to a friend, pet or family member. It could also be sent to someone you have difficulty with, who has passed or could even be sent to the world.

Communication Guidelines

Helpful Guidelines to Foster the Ki of Cooperation this Holiday Season, and Beyond!

As we prepare for the festive weeks ahead, we offer communication guidelines below, inspired by ITP's Ki of Cooperation program. The power of the word Ki, defined as vital life energy, moves us forward to change, grow and evolve as individuals and as a human family. Watching water is a good way to understand how ki, or energy, moves. When two rivers travel from separate directions and meet, they blend. Each river current contributes to creating a larger, more powerful flow in a new direction. Ki is what urges us to grow our capacity for cooperation, the process of working together towards a common goal, and creating a world that works for all.

ITP Community Spotlight on Sally Isaacs

Learn more about Sally Isaacs and the experience and insight she's gained as an ITP practitioner. "I am inspired by the concept of transformation. Through words and practice, I believe we can change how we feel and the course our life takes each day. This has been particularly helpful to me as I live with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s that I received six years ago. I have learned through working with a functional neurologist that our genes do not necessarily predestine us."

"We have suggested that cosmic evolution as we know it, from the big bang to the present moment, is finally an expression of Eros, of love. If this is so, then can we doubt that love stands as the highest and most fundamental human impulse?"
