July 2022
Greetings!

It’s always fun to catch up with our newly graduated high school seniors and see what’s happening in their lives. Four years ago, they were moving from the relatively small pond of Mother Seton and heading off to the bigger ponds of high school. Now they’ve finished high school and they’re on the move again! Here’s an update on some of the members of the MSS Class of 2018. (information submitted by student or parent)

Our older alums have also been forging ahead with successes and plans as well as weddings and visits. Check it out below!

Happy Summer!

Kate Marshall
MSS Class of 1969
MSS Class of 2018
We wish the best of luck to all in the Class of 2018 as they start out on these new paths!

And while education is a joint effort among the student, parents, and teachers, we can’t help but be pleased to receive an accolade like the following from the parent of a 2018 graduate:

“We truly attribute much of her success and drive to her years at MSS. She had several wonderful teachers there, and she was blessed to have Ms. Schisler as her first teacher — we feel that her attitude toward education would have been very different if it weren’t for Ms. Schisler’s loving, patient guidance that first year. Ms. Schisler also taught her to love reading, and we all know the difference that makes to a child’s education. We also attribute her success to the high expectations that Mother Seton holds their students to, as they showed her what she’s capable of achieving, and taught her to expect nothing less from herself. We are so glad to have chosen Mother Seton …and we are very grateful for (the) education there.”
