Out of State Options

At the Phoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy, we understand that healing from trauma is not just about overcoming the past—it’s about reclaiming your future. While some individuals benefit from trauma-focused psychotherapy, others seek personal growth coaching to build resilience, discover their strengths, and create a meaningful life beyond their trauma.

Our trauma recovery Personal Growth Coaching Services are designed for individuals who are ready to move forward, break free from limiting patterns, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose—without the constraints of traditional psychotherapy.

Family and Couples Therapy

We will schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to learn about what brings you to couples or family therapy. We will explain more about how we integrate various therapy modalities with couples and families centered around a strength's-based approach. Our goal is to help you slow down and highlight patterns and processes that impact your relationships, demonstrate how you support each other and also strengthen the relationship and family.
