Weld County presented “Visualizing Real Time CAMA Data Using GIS” at the 2020 IAAO Virtual Conference and the reviews are in! Jon Troyer and Mike Kaufman received “Above Average” and “Excellent” reviews from the presentation.  See how Weld County has incorporated GIS into their Assessor’s Office. Jon explores real life examples of how GIS technologies, such as Matix, have improved many processes in their office, including using GIS analysis to improve mass appraisal models, verify and maintain data integrity within the CAMA system, and managing and reviewing the appeals process. Tips/Tricks

Did you know you can cancel a TRC after it has been created?   Step-by-Step Instructions Open the TaxRoll Correction Module (Go to tools-->TRC or click on the TRC icon with the up and down arrows). Find the TaxRoll Correction you need to cancel. You can search for the taxroll correction by Accountno, Parcelno, Petition #, Tax Year, or Admin Number. To find the admin # associated with the TRC go to the TaxRoll Correction grid in the Value Summary Minor of an account. Once you type in one of the above fields, click search. (You can perform multiple searches). Next, highlight the desired taxroll corrections and select copy selected items. Finally, click Cancel.
