Winter Update | January 2022

You have the power to help kids. System change starts with you.
Welcome to 2022
Happy New Year! Together we have made tremendous strides to advance our vision that every child has a bright future.

To date, we have helped create 284+ tuition free places at 24 schools in 5 provinces. Lakehead University, Canadore College, and Nipissing University are the most recent to announce tuition-free studies for current and former youth in care!

Through our ongoing advocacy, we are working to pass the Fostering Privacy Fairness Act into law.

To support our mission to build a progressive child welfare system, please consider donating or joining our virtual meeting on Mon Jan 24th at 5p.m. (EDT) to learn more.
Are you a current or former foster kid? Did you always want to go to college or university but money got in the way? See below for schools offering no tuition at any age.

Special shoutout to Lakehead University, Canadore College, and Nipissing University who recently announced their free-tuition programs for current and former youth in care!
Thank you
