A MEMO

FROM OUR HR OFFICER

Thank you for reading our first-ever HR newsletter! We have branded ourselves "Teach BCS" to focus on recruiting and also retaining the high quality talent that we have here in the Southeast. Our goal is to use this newsletter to not only share updates and keep you informed, but also showcase the great talent we have throughout the district.

The last few weeks have been a challenge for everyone across the district and I'd be remiss if I didn't take this time to say THANK YOU. So many of you have walked miles in others' shoes and taken on unfamiliar jobs to ensure that we maintain our quality standards at BCS. Your efforts have been greatly appreciated and we want to make sure every team and department is recognized.

Below is a submission form that can be filled out to spotlight a certain team or department who is providing BCS excellence. I encourage you to fill it out and help us celebrate our team members. Submitted by the HR team, our first spotlight is on our Principals! Pandemic principalship looks different and we appreciate them for standing strong in the new role that includes teaching, custodial and any other needed support from day to day. They have truly been the strategic game changers. Use the form to tell us about your outstanding principal!

BC(U)S - There's no BCS without U!
