SCPA Participation Reminder

Stay Compliant and Connected

We appreciate all participants who have completed the Statewide Common Participation Agreement (SCPA) and designated HealtheConnections as their HIN.

If your organization is still completing the SCPA, see the updates and next steps below.

• Regulated Participants
• Articled Facilities: SCPA deadline was October 15, 2025
• State-/County-operated facilities: SCPA deadline was December 31, 2025
• If your organization missed the deadline, please contact us right away.

• All Other Participants
• Non-regulated organizations: SCPA deadline is March 31, 2026
• Review the emails we've sent and complete the required action items.
• Be on the lookout for invitations to our SCPA Office Hours, offering the opportunity to ask questions and get clear answers about the SCPA.
