Voice in Sport - Feb. 6

Join us for our next Voice in Sport group mentoring session on Thursday, February 6 at 5:30 pm as speaker Liv Massey delves into the topics of body image and self-confidence in the athletic realm. Massey is a Performance Coach and Mental Health Counselor, receiving her Master's degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in sport and performance psychology from Boston University. Liv was a 4-year NCAA Division I Track & Field athlete who competed at Bucknell University.VIS sessions are for our female athletes, age 13+. Please mark your availibility in Teamsnap.

Winter Session II starts February 15

If you are enjoying Winter Session I, don't forget to sign up for Winter Session II! Get ready for the spring season with our winter programs including: Thunders, Micros, U6, U7-U14, and the Lightning Developmental Academy (LDA). Spots are limited so sign up today!

Summer Elite Training Announced

We are excited to announce that Summer Elite Training (SET) will be back for the summer of 2025! SET is geared toward our younger age groups (2019-2016) and helps keep players’ skills sharp during the off season while they continue training with our licensed travel coaches.

ELITE NEWS

Michigan Stars Sports Center will host its second Elite College Combine on Monday, February 17. Lightning players are eligible for a $30 discount if registered by February 4th. Use code elitecc25 (case sensitive) to receive your discount at checkout.
