Message from the President

As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made as a firm. This past year, we've achieved significant milestones and growth. Our commitment to our core values continues to drive us forward, and I am proud of our teamwork. Further, we have spent considerable time on internal process improvements to help us better serve our clients and industry partners. I am convinced that these continuous improvement efforts will set us up for even greater success in 2025 and beyond. Big kudos to the entire Hammond team on a job well done this year!
Looking ahead, we remain focused on providing a pleasurable employee experience and delightful client experience. We strive daily to be easy to work for and easy to do business with.
Lastly, thanks to all of our clients that have trusted us to work alongside them to deliver impactful projects that make a real difference in the communities where we live, work, and play.
