Single Cell RNA-seq Training Series:

Computational Workshop

The computational workshop will provide hands-on training in the essential skills and tools for single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis. Designed for participants with varying levels of computational experience, the workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to use remote servers for data storage and analysis, using Linux and R programming languages, handling data outputs with 10x Genomics’ Cell Ranger software and leveraging the popular Seurat software package to identify and study different cell types.

Uncovering How Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus Hijacks Cells: The Key Role of the LDL Receptor in Its Replication

The Global Virus Network hosts a webinar series for virus knowledge-sharing, featuring expert virologists including from GVN Centers of Excellence around the world. The topics range from the COVID-19 pandemic and other human viral threats to the latest scientific progress in virology. Each session is a 30-40 minute live presentation, followed by a moderated 20-minute Q&A.
