October is Health Literacy Month–a time for both individuals and organizations to recognize how accessible, reliable and timely information and services can be used to inform health-related decisions or actions. The USF’s Center of Excellence in Maternal and Child Health will host an interactive workshop about health literacy and how it applies to all aspects of public health.
