Dear MCHS Community,

As leaders in dementia care, Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) continues to drive innovation and excellence. With over 22 years of experience serving and advocating on behalf of people living with dementia and family care partners, we are ensuring access to an exceptional standard of care so that each family can live with dignity and manage this condition on their own terms!  This progress would not be possible without incredible support from our community. Your contributions are vital as we continue to work toward a brighter future in dementia care.

Our steadfast commitment is to provide practical solutions that families can use right away, improving the quality of life for those living with dementia and easing the burden on caregivers.

We’re excited to share some significant updates on our ongoing efforts and initiatives that are shaping the future of dementia care. We’d love to hear your thoughts and look forward to welcoming you at our upcoming Open House.

MCHS Caregiver's Corner

For over 20 years, Memory Care Home Solutions has been providing proven dementia navigation services so that no family will walk alone! We are here to help today.

“From the beginning, the MCHS navigators listened, understood, & offered information & suggestions for my specific situation. I appreciated that they were so well-versed in how FTD differs from other forms of dementia. I wish I hadn’t waited as long as I did to accept help.”
