Wow….what a weekend! We just celebrated the official Global Wellness Day anniversary which was commemorated this past Saturday, June 8th. First celebrated in 2012, Global Wellness Day was established in Turkey as the “first” day dedicated to living well, and has now been accepted worldwide. With the recognized slogan
“One day can change your whole life,”
Global Wellness Day is celebrated on the second Saturday of June every year as an international day. Although GWD has acquired a specific annual day of celebration, the message that was declared to the world was that the value of our lives must be thought-out and recognized all year. The need to pause and think, even if adopted for just one day of the year, it needs to be free from stress and bad habits and have the ability to make peace within ourselves. This one day offers the opportunity to raise awareness about living well and increase motivation, so it's not just for this one day, but a jump start for the remaining 364 days of the year.

n 1994 Frank was first introduced to the Spa World by his mentor at the famous Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, a Hilton Resort and never looked back. He began as a locker room attendant, working his way up to Nail Technician, Make-up Artist, Massage Therapist, and Sales Coordinator. Throughout his career he moved onto Spa Operations at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa, Grove Isle Hotel & Spa, Bella Vida Spa in Naples, Ocean Reef Club, Tu rnberry Ocean Colony and at this time proudly serves as Spa Director at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa for over 3 ½ years. This path has provided him with the tools for a better understanding and the needs to run a healthy and successful business that keeps on growing every day.
