"Learning about the SBDC during the new business boot camp changed everything for me. I went from throwing ideas at the wall to doing actual homework about market research ... Sitting down with Annette Gray [SBDC Consultant] really made the world of a difference. To bounce ideas off a professional who has the experience and knowledge that she does to guide me to the right resources was crucial. Every small business owner should know about the Florida SBDC at FAU and the Women’s Foundation of Florida."

"I knew helping those living with a mental illness was my calling when I was 10 and my babysitter would tell me all of her problems .... Since working with George [Gadson, SBDC Consultant] and the SBDC at FAU, I am more confident in my business. He taught me how to be strategic, adaptable and how to develop a niche that lets me help people from all walks of life."
