This exercise offers practice in creating a harmonious connection with others. Blending, experiencing the world from another person's perspective without necessarily changing one's own point of view, is an expression of sincere interest and regard for oneself and another. This practice reinforces the ability to blend smoothly and gracefully regardless of the circumstances one encounters in everyday life.
