It's National Community Health Worker Awareness Week!

A big shoutout to the Community Care HUB's amazing CHWs (Christy, Tracey, Flor, Justina, Shealeigh and Stephanie). They do such phenomenal work day-in and day-out to help those living in Cambria and Somerset counties.

Center for Population Health teamed up with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank for the second of three Moxham Community Fair and Food Share Block Party events. The event featured fresh produce, resource information, and children's activities. Grove Avenue United Methodist Church and the Greater Johnstown School District's football team volunteered.

5,000 pounds of fresh produce was given out to approximately 300 families.
