CURRENT PROJECTS

Assetworks - Space Project

Project Delivery is partnering with Real Estate Planning & Space Management (REPSM) to implement the Assetworks Space Module within ReADY, UMB's existing work management system. This migration from the legacy system, Archibus, to integrating it into ReADY, will provide a more seamless and integrated experience for users across the university.

  • Go-live date: October 7th
  • Archibus closeout: October 15th
  • Converted 129 drawings totaling 2,754,174 gross square feet for AiM/ReADY compatibility
  • Migrated Department and Organization data to 14,717 locations

  • Entering in all UMB leases and information for consistency across UMB
  • Continue to upload additional floorplans

Ctrl+Alt+Deliver Project

Project Delivery is collaborating with Design & Construction, Construction and Facilities Strategic Acquisitions (CFSA), and other key stakeholders to implement a new Project Management Information System (PMIS). The team is focused on building out a system that best supports the university’s project management goals and requirements.

  • Conducted Project Kick-Off Meeting
  • Developing SOPs across project initiation, design, construction, procurement, occupancy, commissioning, warranty, and closeout
  • Unity Construct (e-Builder) enhancements

  • Finish SOP development and begin customization process of PMIS

Assetworks - Facility Services Project

Project Delivery is partnering with Environmental Services to configure and implement the Facility Services module within UMB's work management system. This initiative is a strategic effort to streamline day-to-day operations across campus service units by equipping them with a centralized, data-driven platform for managing services more effectively.

  • EVS managers have completed data collection from 5 buildings including 44 floors
  • EVS has collected data from 2,864 individual rooms
  • EVS has created a master scope of services and assignments for every serviced location

The Project Delivery and Change management team consists of Cody Sizemore and Meredith DiIoia. Cody oversees the overall success and technical side of the projects, while Meredith manages project logistics and communications for the team.

Key Terms


Archibus: Archibus is an integrated workplace management system, that combines facilities, infrastructure, and real estate data. At UMB, Archibus is typically only used by REPSM.


PMIS: A PMIS is a Project Management Information System that helps plan, execute, track and close projects by storing and organizing project data in one place. 

Change Champion of the Month
