“Doctor Why” is an all-new original musical with book and lyrics by Austin Bailey and music by Judson Jenkins. It’s a dramatic and exciting parody of Doctor Who, The Magic School Bus, and other sci-fi pieces of edutainment, that follows a group of students who find themselves in a rough situation, but are given a chance to turn things around when the Doctor offers his assistance and leads them through a time-traveling adventure through the Bible.
On this journey, the students receive answers to many of their important questions about life, faith, and the world around them. It's witty, funny, energetic, and exciting, while also provoking thoughtful discussions on the life that we live, the world God created, and what can be learned from humanity's past as we look toward our collective future.
