, we are providing an opportunity for young adults to get information about Bridges to the Future, a new initiative that provides transitional support for school, work, independent living skills, and social connections.
Join us on Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Bohrer Park. Located at Summit Hall Farm Pond Pavilion 506 S. Frederick Avenue Gaithersburg, MD 20877.

Bridges to the Future assists youth with challenges by bridging the gap from youth to young adulthood and independence. Bridges coordinates services and supports, assists in building social connections, helps to access mental health care, links to peer supports, and connects to education, training, and work.
