Caring for Friends is in desperate need of frozen meals to distribute to those in need. Unfortunately, their main oven has been down for several weeks, which has created a shortage of meals.

We are calling on our congregation to respond ASAP. If you are able to package leftovers from your table, or prepare and package some special meals, it would be greatly appreciated by those experiencing food insecurity. Meals should include a meat/protein/pasta, a starch and a vegetable. The foil trays and directions are available at Shir Ami.

Packaged meals can be left in the freezer at Shir Ami, or delivered directly to Caring for Friends at 12271 Townsend Road Philadelphia, PA 19154-1288

on Tues-Fri from 9am - 1pm or Saturday from 9am-12pm.

Fundraisers

Help us honor FERNE LEVY

for her outstanding leadership as Shir Ami's Youth Director by supporting our Youth Lounge revitalization project.

We plan to install new flooring, new furniture and cabinets, upgrade the technology, and brighten the room with a fresh coat of paint.

IT'S A GREAT TIME TO CLEAN OUT YOUR KIDS CLOSETS AND DO A MITZVAH!

We are accepting all styles, sizes, and types of shoes that are in gently worn conditions.

The bins are located in the youth lounge and at the front door of the main office.
