What a fun and crazy week last week was! We had our Simple Whatnots Facebook Live Demo on Thursday, and it was a big hit. We have even sold out of a few of the items already! If you missed the demo, you can still watch it by clicking the link below. I'll give a brief recap here though of some of the new projects.

We kitted up three of the small projects from Kim's newest Simple Whatnots club. Unfortunately, we have already sold out of one and we're down to the last Garden Trug kit at this point. We do have a handful of Safe Keeping Kits but they probably won't last long either. At just 10.5" x 12.5", this little quilt is ADORABLE! Don't wait if you'd like to grab either of these two cute kits.

We also made a larger quilt from Kim's latest book, Simple Double Dipped Quilts, using some of Kim's new fabrics. This is Heritage Blossom and is a 76.5" x 76.5" quilt. I just love how cool this large block is. It's like a block, in a block, in a block! Cindy said this was a really fun sample to put together. It's a fairly large quilt already (77" x 77") that you could easily make queen size by adding a border or two.

Not from Kim Diehl, but still very pretty, is the Red Hots Quilt by Lisa Bongean. This quilt is from Lisa's new book Red & White Gatherings and uses her new fabric line with the same name. We decided to do a lap size version for our sample (50" x 60"), but two kits is all it would take to make the 70" x 80" version shown in the book (and you'll have 4 extra blocks to do some matching throw pillow!).

Of course, we had to have a couple of new wool projects as well. This is a new Karen Yaffe design called Natalie. It's 8" x 9" and Karen decided to frame hers. I love the purple and green wools that she chose for this project. So pretty! If you made her Charlotte pattern last year, this will fit in the same frame. We also have a beautiful thread kit for Natalie, but we are waiting on one color so they will not ship for a couple of weeks.

And back by popular demand, we have re-kitted Karen's Sweet Nothings. These adorable little bowl fillers are perfect for Valentine's Day. We have patterns, kits and thread kits available now. You might even be able to stitch these up before Valentine's Day!

We also have the finishing kit available for pre-order now. I am in charge of the finishing kit again and I am really happy with how it is turning out. I think you are really going to love it.
