RITE Academy Course
Lt. Ken Ezell and Officer Maria Arnold just completed the RITE Academy Train the Trainer two-day course, which was hosted by the Perry Police Department. This racial intelligence course is the most progressive cultural diversity training on the market today because it helps the officer improve communication towards a bias-free department. Other area agency representatives that attended the class were Firefighter Ian Harvey from the Perry Fire Department, City of Centerville Police Department, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, LaGrange Police Department, Georgia Department of Community Supervision, Hartford County Sheriff’s Office, Savannah Airport Police, and South Georgia Technical College .
