Great day for a Fun Run!
Thank you to our parent volunteers and donors!
More picture will be found in our photo gallery this afternoon of today's fun,
as well as the Gr. 2 Living Wax Museum earlier this week.

This past Monday evening, we celebrated and sent forth the 93 rd graduating class of St. Francis Xavier School .  The ceremony was beautiful, and our eighth graders were acknowledged and rewarded for their efforts and accomplishments during their time at SFX. Many of our graduates have returned to school this past week to say hello, offer help, and enjoy an ice cream at Acushnet Creamery with Father Williams!

We were so blessed to have an amazing weather day today for our annual Field Day . Our second annual Boosterthon Fun Run kicked off this year’s day of outdoor festivities. Thank you for securing pledges as our students lapped the track this morning, raising $18,500 (with pledges still coming in!) to be earmarked for a new piece of playground equipment. We are so grateful to all of you for your support in helping us to create our beautiful outdoor recreation space. A huge thank you to Jocelyn Martin and the numerous volunteers who contributed to the smooth "running" of our day! Our students thoroughly enjoyed our new play area during our field day activities today.

Monday of next week be highlighted with students "stepping up" to next year's grade, and "getting a taste" of what is in store for them in the fall. They will also be receiving summer work packets and assignments to keep them sharp during the summer months. Our final day together next Thursday will consist of Holy Mass at 9am followed by an End of Year Assembly at 10:15am . All are welcome!
Have a great weekend.....
We are definitely close to the Finish Line... t-minus three and a half days until summer!
