It was great to have everyone back to school this week, after a well-deserved break from school! Faculty and students were happy to be reunited, seem rejuvenated and are ready to tackle their academic responsibilities. Grades for the second trimester close one week from today!
The school not only filled with our students this week, but also the buzzing of activity that comes from preparing for our largest fundraiser of the school year! A HUGE thank you to our School Events Committee reps, who rallied all of you to contribute in some way to our auction. If you were not able to "sneak a peek" at the baskets and items this week on the stage, we are well prepared for an evening of fun while fundraising for our school. I am looking forward to seeing many of you tomorrow evening.
With snow on the horizon for later this evening, and the delayed start we experienced yesterday we want to make certain that we are in proper contact with our families. Please let the main office know if you did not receive the automated phone call on Wednesday evening. Snow days, delays, and Structured Alternative Learning Days (see below) will all be communicated via phone call, email, our school website, and Facebook page.
This coming Wednesday, we will begin our Lenten journey together! We will engage in numerous opportunities for prayer, fasting and almsgiving during this holy season. More details to follow next week!
God bless and have a wonderful weekend!
