Free credit reports now available weekly
It's a good idea to check your credit report as often as you can, but pulling your report more than once a year typically cost $20 to $40 for each additional report. That has changed. Until next spring, you can check your credit report for free as often as every week.

The coronavirus pandemic and the credit problem it's causing have prompted the big three credit bureaus Equifax, Experian and TransUnion to allow credit reports to be obtained free every week until April 2021.

To get your reports, visit annualcreditreport.com and click "Request your free credit reports." You can choose to get a report from just one credit bureau or all three. You can also access the free credit reports at 1stcooperative.com under helpful links.
