TRIM notices have officially been mailed!

All counties have officially mailed the 2023 TRIM notices detailing your property values and tax liability. There is a short period to file a Property Tax Appeal.

The Miami-Dade County and Broward County deadline to file an appeal for the 2023 tax year is September 18, 2023. All other counties’ deadlines range from September 5, 2023 to September 15, 2023.
