September is Suicide Prevention Month
September is Suicide Prevention Month. We are sharing some important resources that could help yourself and your loved ones on your own mental health journey. We share these because it is okay to ask for help, it is okay to not feel okay, and it is long overdue that the stigma surrounding mental health end.

Throughout September, the Community Health Council of Lebanon County's Suicide Prevention Task Force will be holding virtual events to raise awareness and to reflect on the lives we have lost to suicide. Check out the button below to see all of the events being held this month.

Mental health is a complex journey, one with many ups and downs; and it's one that is unfortunately still ignored at large within our country. It is our responsibility to become educated and knowledgeable of the resources that we have available to help ourselves and others when we need it most.
