Commencing on July 1, 2013, in order to qualify for renewal or to reinstate an unrenewed license after that date, every individual licensed as a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson must complete 12 hours of continuing education. At least six of the twelve credits must be obtained in courses within the core topics, specified at N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4. The six shall include at least 2 credit hours on ethics. The remainder can be electives.

To enroll in courses and check on courses you have taken provided by NJAR or the South Monmouth Board, go to www.njarace.com.

Use your email (that NRDS has for you) and Password1 (capital P) for your password (until changed).

 

Once you are in, choose Student Support and then choose Course Certificates.

You can view courses you have signed up for, print out certificates of completed courses, and enroll in new courses.

Courses that have been provided by other vendors will be posted on PSI.  You can log onto PSI at www.njrece.psiexams.com 

Your initial user id is "L" plus your License Reference Number. This will remain as your User ID ongoing.

 

Your initial password is "L" plus your License Reference Number plus the last 4 digits of your SSN (ex: L00100019999).

 

It is recommended that after logging in, you click on "My Account" to add an email address and change your password. By adding an email address after you log in, you will be able to log in using your email

address in the future.

The RE commission no longer sends out copy of your RE license each year.  You can search for your license and obtain your Reference number here.  If you need a hardcopy of your license, you can request it from the RE commission here
