Seersucker and the folks at Fox Run Vineyards are hosting 
a special wine dinner on Wednesday from 7 to 9:30 p.m. to celebrate 
March's "NY Drinks NY" celebration. 
 
Below, you'll find the seasonal menu Chef Rob Newton has put together 
for the evening. He and Fox Run winemaker Tricia Renshaw 
will be on hand to talk about the food and wine pairings.
 
Come celebrate New York State wine with us! The cost for the dinner plus wine
is $95 per person. Reservations are available thru Open Table.

Fox Run Blanc de Blanc 2010

Dry Riesling 2011

 Rogowski coriander crusted triggerfish,
