A lot has been said about Millennials (much of it unfair and unflattering), but how much do you know about Generation Z? The Gen Z cohort is generally described as people born between the mid-to-late 1990’s through 2015, making this age group approximately 26% of the population, compared to Millennials who account for 24%.

Legislative Priority

The CZA Regulatory Advisory Committee met earlier this week for the fifth time. During the meeting, reports were given from the various working groups focusing on individual components of the legislation’s requirements, including how to account for sea level rise, providing financial assurance, and how to monitor bulk product transfer.

In 1992, one of our businesses, the Wilmington Florist Exchange, on 3rd and Church St, burned to the ground in a fire started by a lightning strike. We lost everything. At the time our other business, Ramone’s Flower Shoppes was still a young business, not able to fully support a family of 5 on its own, so I went to work for Bob Carpenter at the Pike Creek Fitness Center, in search of an additional paycheck.
