Cherry Tomato pico de gallo

You can sub 2 pounds roughly chopped plum tomatoes for the
grape or cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups fresh cherry tomatoes, or grape tomatoes, yellow and red, quartered
  • 1 cup uncooked onions, chopped, finely chopped
  • 2 small Jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1½ tsp fresh lime juice
  • ¾ tsp Kosher salt

Instructions
  1. Toss together all ingredients; serve.
  2. Serving size: 1/2 cup!
