Cherubini Yachts Winter E-newsletter 2014
Boatbuilding, restoration, storage and service.

Welcome to Cherubini Yachts Winter 2014 e-newsletter.

Happy New Year to you and yours! We realize that it's February 28th, but since our last newsletter was in summer 2013 and we haven't talked in this new year yet, we wanted to wish you a belated one. May your sailing dreams come true. On the picture above, you may notice that restoration dreams did come true for the Cherubini Raider 33 named Suzanne and we welcome you to read her story on our website.

What a winter we are having!  Arctic cold, snow and ice.  We can't go sailing now, but this is a good time to start thinking about coming summer boating season. Soon enough, spring will come and we can get out the paint and varnish cans and get ready for another sailing season.

Inside our cozy shop, it is perpetual spring.  We are hard at work, getting boats ready for the coming season. We are restoring two Cherubini 44 sailboats named Frolic and Kathy's Song. Frolic (1979) dragged her mooring during hurricane Irene in 2011.  When she hit steel fishing boats and a stone pier, she lost her rig and suffered extensive but superficial damage.  We'll bring her back to better-than-new condition. Kathy's Song (1981) is getting her paint and varnish spruced up.

Additionally, we are building a new Cherubini 24 custom runabout named Black Prince.  She will serve as a committee boat at the prestigious Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club in Oyster Bay New York.

On the promotional side, Cherubini Yachts were featured in SJ Magazine and duPont Registry. Our brand new website and Cherubini Yachts Demo Day planned for April 19, 2014, are coming up in Spring, so stay tuned!

For boat owners, feel free to take a look at our Cherubini Yachts Newsletter.

Warm regards,
