Cheryl L. Jones
is Founder and Executive Director of The Mindful Path. She has devoted her entire career as a healthcare professional to exploring and teaching best practices for health and well-being that can be easily integrated into everyday life.
Cheryl's background includes undergrad and Master’s degrees in Health and Exercise Science. Cheryl is extensively trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and holds a Certificate in Spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph.
Early in her career, Cheryl opened her own fitness training center in New York City where she was personal trainer to Jackie Kennedy. She taught health and physical education at the high school and college level.
Since then, she has been at the forefront of the mindfulness revolution in the workplace and in healthcare. She was formerly Aetna’s Wellness Product Strategy Lead and Director of Mindfulness. Today Cheryl is a sought after leader of holistic wellness solutions that are transforming lives.
