Chevron Announces the Launch of Their New Welcome Back Returnship Program
Chevron seeks people who are driven to find cleaner, smarter ways to power the world and help end energy poverty. The company’s foundation is built on a set of values that guides its employees in the way they interact with each other and the communities and environments they work in.

Chevron has launched its Welcome Back returnship program to identify, hire and support talented individuals who have left the workforce for two or more years and would like to return. The 10-week program will provide participants a soft landing into the company with a mentor and a "buddy," support groups, and compressed work weeks. Depending on the position, participants can expect to receive training on job requirements and technical skills (as appropriate).

The inaugural program will run from September 2019 through November 2019. Applications are currently being accepted for U.S.-based positions. Participants who successfully demonstrate their ability to fulfill position requirements may be offered full-time employment. Qualified individuals are encouraged to visit www.chevron.com/nowhiring to apply.
