A month of activities and opportunities for our devoted alumnae--from the College Panel, to the Heckscher Matching Grant, to the upcoming Career Fair and Chez Nous Benefit--thank you for continuing to connect and contribute to Notre Dame! January also found our school community gathered in prayer for peace in our troubled world. Together, with faith as our foundation, we find comfort during a time of strife and hope for the future.

On January 11th, Notre Dame was thrilled to welcome back twenty recent alums now enrolled in or recently graduated from college for our College Panel for Current Juniors. Our panelists hailed from a wide range of schools near and far, from large state universities to small liberal arts colleges, from the Ivy League to top-notch arts programs, from Jesuit institutions to the Seven Sisters. We are so grateful to them all for their wise and candid advice for the Class of '25, who are now launching their own college application process in earnest.

Thanks to the efforts of Sr. Mary Dolan, SU; Ms. Crimmins; TLC (The Liturgy Club); Ms. Wakabayashi; and the Schola, Notre Dame celebrated a special Mass for Peace on January 18th. Fr. Spinale, SJ delivered a thoughtful homily that helped us come together to find patience and peace during difficult times. We are grateful to him, to those who worked on this special liturgy, and to all the attendees of this morning Mass.

A reminder that the Heckscher Foundation for Children has challenged Notre Dame to earn a matching grant if we raise $100,000 in new or increased alumnae gifts to our 2023 - 2024 Annual Fund. Thanks to our generous donors, we are making great progress toward successfully completing our Alumnae Challenge by August 31st!
