A note from the District Commissioner

May provided another excellent Roundtable Event for the Chicora District.

A very special thank you to Samantha for her presentation on the importance of Mental Health in both our youth and our volunteers. This month featured great information about Summer Recruiting, Cub Scout Summer Activities, and Developing High Performing Youth Leaders.

Our next Roundtable event will be on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 7 pm in the PALM Charter School cafeteria.

BLAST OFF TO DESTINATION: SPACE!

This Space-themed Webelos and Arrow of Light Summer Camp will focus on FUN as Scouts learn about planets, stars, space exploration, & stargazing through hands-on activities!

The Summer Camp program will promote a sense of adventure and discovery as Cub Scouts enjoy age and rank-appropriate activities led by volunteer Scouters that will stimulate their imagination!

June 25-28, 2025 at Camp Coker

Cub Scout Family Weekend

Calling all Tigers, Wolves, & Bears! It is time to blast off to ADVENTURE!

This Space-themed Cub Scout Summer Camp will focus on FUN as Scouts learn about planets, stars, space exploration, & stargazing through hands-on activities for Cub Scout Families!

The Summer Camp program will promote a sense of adventure and discovery as Cub Scouts enjoy age and rank-appropriate activities led by volunteer Scouters that will stimulate their imagination! This program is designed for Cub Scouts and their families.

June 27-29, 2025 at Camp Coker

The Chicora District proudly serves Scouting families and communities in Horry, Marion, and Dillon Counties.
