Recognizing Child Abuse Prevention Month
Each year, Anchor House helps to spread the word about child abuse prevention during the month of April. By providing all families with equal opportunity and access to the supports they need, we can help improve the safety and well-being of our youth.

Anchor House offers all programs and services through a trauma informed approach. Understanding the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences can lead to more trauma-informed interventions that help to mitigate negative outcomes.

Anchor House Celebrates 44 Years!
As we cautiously emerge from the past two years, Anchor House leaders and staff were thrilled to gather in person recently and celebrate 44 years of service to the community!

Anchor House has grown from a small group of concerned citizens helping runaway youth in Trenton to a multi service agency providing individuals with the resources for productive and independent lives. As we celebrate our impact in the community we are planning our strategic direction for the next three years. We look forward to sharing our plan highlights in the coming months.

National Volunteer Appreciation Week
Anchor House joins the countless organizations across the country in celebrating the impact of volunteers this week and always! We thank the many individuals and groups who lend a hand, offer their skills and take the time to support our mission.

There are many volunteer opportunities available including serving on a committee, skills based volunteering, working with youth, collecting items for our wish lists and group or corporate service days.
