Below, please find a new
Family Well-Being Guid
e
and corresponding cover letter from Joe Ribsam, the Director of DCYF.
If there is a suspicion of child abuse and neglect, individuals are required to report this, as outlined in the Guide. We must also recognize that children, youth, and families are understandably stressed during these uncertain times, and by connecting them to the many available resources we can strengthen families and prevent child maltreatment and improve family well-being. During this unprecedented time, it is all of our responsibility to facilitate connections for families under stress.
