HB 1012


The final version of the bill includes $11million in one time funding for infant and toddler care direct payments.

HB 1119


HB 1119 was requested by the Department of Health and Human Services and proposes to reduce the number of child care license types. The bill was altered to a legislative management study before passing in the house.


Title: AN ACT to provide for a legislative management study regarding child care provider licensing; to provide for a program evaluation regarding child care services; and to create a child care services licensing advisory committee.
