Customer Service

A payee sent an email to her Case Manager Stacy Anderson in Indianola stating the following:

“A callback is not needed. I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU! Thank you for all your hard work & diligence in getting my ex to financially support his children. They are SO much happier now that we can afford to do allowances for chores being done, being able to go fishing & hunting, being able to afford to visit nearby family & friends, being able to afford a more reliable vehicle, etc. There's so much to be thankful for. When I see how happy they are & the relief on their faces it's priceless. Poor kiddos have felt the strain. They are old enough to see the struggle of a parent not contributing & felt the burden it causes the single parent to provide for them.

I know y'all's jobs aren't easy & it's not often rewarding. I hope my message brings you joy to know YOU are making a difference! YOU are appreciated! YOU are loved & respected! From Us to YOU: We say THANK YOU.”
