We are seeking families with children ages 0-11 to complete the Child Wellbeing Support Community Needs Assessment .

Goals of the survey are to:
  • Understand mental health needs of children and their families during the pandemic
  • Identify ways Vital Village can better support the mental health needs of children and their families during the pandemic
