NHS Brings Back Black Tie

The National Horse Show brought back black tie to the 2024 event, with the NHS Hunter Classic Gala, hosted by Stephanie Danhakl and Melissa Jacobs, exhibitors were invited to join us for a cocktail hour in their finest formal attire to watch the $75,000 NHS Hunter Classic.

The Gala was hosted for the benefit of The NHS endowment. The National Horse Show Endowment was established to sustain the legacy and prestige of the National Horse Show and its patrons, ensuring that the show will continue on for future generations to cherish and enjoy.

True Cassini Awarded BioStar Happy Horse Award

Kelly Sims', True Cassini was awarded The BioStar Happy Horse Award at The 141st National Horse Show following the conclusion of the $75,000 NHS Hunter Classic.

Ridden by Michael Britt-Leon, the judges found that Britt-Leon and True Cassini had the best display of harmony throughout the two rounds of hunter competition on Wednesday evening.

The BioStar Happy Horse Award is awarded to those who promote horse welfare and exhibit a partnership that showcases happiness and harmony in the ring, regardless of placing.

To BioStar, the true winners are those who ensure their horses are happy above all else.

The National Horse Show is proud to partner with BioStar to present the 2024 BioStar Happy Horse Award.
