New Jersey Realtors^® and the Equal Opportunity & Cultural Diversity Committee are proudly sponsoring a children's art contest to create awareness and celebrate the importance of the Fair Housing Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Housing Data Reports at Your Fingertips

Hot off the presses—the March data is available now! Prices are on the rise in the New Jersey housing market, while new listings, pending sales, and closed sales all dropped more than 9% in March.

While there were just 19,865 homes for sale in March, buyer demand remains high with homes staying on the market for just 39 days and receiving 102.4% of the listing price.

Plastic Bag Mandate Begins this Week

A reminder that starting today single-use plastic is banned in New Jersey. The NJ Department of Environmental Protection prohibits retail, food service, and grocery stores from providing and selling single-use plastic bags for customers, as well as polystyrene food containers from restaurants.
