MLK Jr. Day at Charlotte Family Housing was a fun and educational experience.14 children and 4 adults enjoyed preparing and serving lunch, babysitting, a big game of boys basketball, indoor games and a tour. We learned about relationship within mission work and had a fun day together! Thanks to Rosie Honeycutt and all the children who brightened the day.

2nd Grade Prayer Class

Join us for this new DCPC class where we will learn the Lord's Prayer and experience a variety of prayer styles through movement, art words and silence.

Join us for this longstanding tradition. We will learn about the Bible, become comfortable in locating scripture, and have fun together. Games promised!

Godly Play News

This class is big fun and faith forming for our kindergarten and first graders! We consistently have a nice sized class of 12 or more each Sunday. We are grateful for the consistent presence of our Davidson College student, Bethany Kirkpatrick, as well as our other dedicated teachers.

This is an opportunity to connect with other parents and enjoy brunch prior to worship! No strings attached or agenda. Join us at 10 am in the Student Center. This is especially for parents with a baby 12 months and younger, but all are welcome!

Many thanks to George Burhans for providing CPR/AED training in January to our childcare and church staff. A reminder that we do have a first aid box and defibrillator by the women's bathroom- sanctuary side hall.
