Sunday School Grow Groups

POP! Kingdom offers Sunday School classes for Preschoolers through 12th Graders. Classes meet every Sunday from 9:15am to 10:15am. Beginning this Sunday, October 13th, all our Children's Sunday School Classes will be entering into our Grow Group series on Psalm 23. Adult Grow Groups are also studying Psalm 23 both during the Sunday School Hour and at other times throughout the week. Come join us as we Grow Together in Psalm 23!

Club 123 & Club 456

All students in Grades 1-6 are invited to join us for an evening of fellowship, games, and fun! On Saturday, October 26th, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, Club 123 (for Grades 1-3) will meet in Room 9 and Club 456 (for Grades 4-6) will meet in the Youth Room. Both groups will have pizza and many fun games and activities. Please register your child by October 23rd if they plan to attend!

First Communion

The opportunity for students to receive First Communion is now offered twice a year at Prince of Peace. First Communion is recommended for students in 3rd Grade and above.

Our next First Communion Sunday will be Sunday, December 8th at the 10:30 service. Before receiving the Sacrament, each student shall attend one of our First Communion Classes and undergo a First Communion Interview.

First Communion Classes are offered on Sunday, November 17th and Sunday, November 24th from 9:15am to 10:15am during the Sunday School Hour in Room #1. Parents should plan to attend a First Communion Class with their child.

After attending a First Communion Class, any student who wishes to receive their First Communion will schedule their First Communion Interview. Alternatively, any student who does not feel ready is welcome to wait until a later time. Our next round of First Communion Classes will be in March of 2025.

In the summer of 2025, we will have a special Middle School Summer Youth Trip. We will be traveling to Huntingdon, PA for the CIY MIX Gathering on July 7-11, 2025.

The cost is $395 per student, plus participation in POP youth fundraisers throughout the school year. If our fundraisers are successful, they will cover the remainder of our trip expenses.

The Middle School Summer Youth Trip is open to all students who are entering Grades 7-9 in the Fall of 2025. Sign up before spots run out!

Interested in Reading or Singing?

Is your child interested in serving the Lord with their voice? Children are welcome to serve as readers during worship or sing in our children's choir.
