Settlement Music School
Children's Music Workshop is Now Available Online!
This February, Settlement Music Online is opening an online section of our Children’s Music Workshop program! The online Children's Music Workshop will expand the course’s accessibility for those with long commutes and busy schedules, and those who are unable to attend in-person classes for any reason. In the class, children form their own music-making community while gaining competence with four fundamental elements of music – pitch, rhythm, dynamics, and timbre. Children will explore different instrument families using everyday household items. Students and parents will also have the opportunity to log into each session 15 minutes early to connect with other parents and children, fostering the same valuable relationships formed at our in-person sessions.
