Greetings CCCC families -
Hope this finds you all well - finding a bit of new normal in each day. I have heard from many of you how you are trying to embrace the time with family and these spring days definitely beckon us to be outside. Yet all this uncertainty and concern for health and wholeness can weigh heavy. Please let us know if there are ways we can support and care for your family in these days!
This Sunday, 4/5 is Palm Sunday and begins Holy Week which leads to Easter on April 12. Easter is the key experience of the Christian faith. Yet we often find it difficult to talk with children about Easter. What makes it hard to talk with our children about Easter is that we cannot come to Easter without death. Often our own discomfort and uncertainty with issues of mortality, Jesus' horrific death on the cross and the cruelties it reveals about humanity may cause us to avoid conversations with our children about the events of Holy Week and subsequently keep them from the real joy of Easter.

This Week in Worship
Until further notice we will be gathering for worship via live streaming only. We invite you to worship by clicking
here
(scroll down to where it says Live Streaming) during the time you would normally attend worship, at 9:01, 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. The worship service will be the same at all three times, and will be a blending of our worship styles, including music, scripture, a moment for children, communion, prayer, and sermon. We invite you to have a bit of bread and juice ready so that we may share in communion.
