Children's Park Reopening Today
Hours: Daily from 9 AM - 8 PM (Till 11 PM FRI & SAT)
Yippee Skippee - the time is finally here! The Children’s Park reopens today. Come laugh and play, but, if you are 10 or older, please wear masks within the playground when you can’t socially distance. And get an extra squirt of hand sanitizer before you enter. (Note that we will close this area for short periods daily to deep clean.)
While the Children’s Park was closed, we took advantage of the time to make some improvements: replacing six trees, upgrading the drip irrigation system and treating the safety surface with a renewal conditioner. In addition, we deep cleaned the water feature and added several hand sanitizer stations. We are ready for action!
Free Games Available Again
March 13 - 19 from 12 - 5 PM
The Game Carts will be open for spring break. We are offering a limited number of free lawn games that will be sanitized between uses. Join us for Giant Connect Four, Cornhole, Spike Ball, Frisbee, Soccer, Football, Putt Putt and Ping Pong! Check out a game with your ID, and collect it once the game is returned. Game Cart attendants will be wearing masks while interacting with guests, and sanitation stations are located all around the Park. Let the games begin!
DSO Concert Truck Performance
Tuesday, March 16, 6 - 7 PM
Music, maestro! Bach by popular demand, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Concert Truck returns Tuesday evening! Bring a blanket and some friends for a picnic supper, and enjoy a lovely change of bass with the live sounds of classical pianists Nick Luby and Susan Zhang.

Wednesday, March 17, 12 - 5 PM
Spend St. Patrick’s Day in the Park. Don some GREEN (we are always wearing ours) and participate in a kid-friendly hunt for shamrocks and leprechauns! Visit the Game Carts for instructions and to collect your post-hunt prizes. Wishing you the luck of the Irish!

When visiting the Park, please remember to wear a mask,
if you are unable to socially distance.
If you are sick, please come see us another time.
Note that free fitness classes resume on Sunday, March 21.

The Park Needs Your Support More Than Ever
Klyde Warren Park's mission is to provide free programming and educational opportunities for the enrichment of visitors' lives, to showcase the diverse multitude of cultures and talents Dallas has to offer, and to be a town square where citizens may congregate and create traditions together.
The 5.2-acre park relies on contributions from donors to support maintenance, special programming and educational activities for more than one million visitors each year. Please consider making a gift to help us pay for expanded cleaning protocols. Thank you!
