May always seems like an incredibly busy time of year for families.  End of year school performances, awards assemblies and more fill all hours of the day.  There is excitement in the air as kids anticipate summer and the fun that comes with the season.  At St. Andrew’s Children’s and Youth Ministry we are winding down our “school year” too and anxiously awaiting the return of in person activities. We will kick off in person activities with the annual End of School Year Bash on May 16 outside HJ’s beginning at 5pm. There will be a food truck, ice cream truck and more so we hope to see you there.

We have many ways for you and your kids to get involved at St. Andrew’s this summer.  

First, let us know how your kids will attend Sunday school this summer: in person, online or a combination of both by clicking on this link:
Second, we are looking for parents to help with Sunday school during the summer.  Sign up to help with one week or more by clicking on this link:
Next, sign your kids up for VBS!  We are limiting the number of participants to 40 and we have 15 spots left.  Sign up soon to ensure a spot for your children. Next, we need adult and youth volunteers for VBS.  Click on this link to sign you or your child up to help.

End of School Bash - May 16 at 5pm
Join us in the HJ's parking lot for a hot dog truck, ice cream truck, and music by The Shawnee Mission Northwest Jazz Ensemble, directed by Doug Talley. We'll bless feet as we celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer.
